These not-for-profit headquarters were to provide a dynamic and high-functioning space that could adapt to innovative and inclusive workplace needs. With high-density work spaces being largely unassigned, support spaces are emphasized, to provide a sense of community and culture.

The hub of the space the kitchen/bar area serves as a break area for employees.  It aligns with the collaboration space and as a result also serves as a serving area during team events.

Just off of the kitchen is several types of collaboration areas for employees to meet, exchange knowledge, or even to work independently.  This work focus area is cleverly shrouded with a felt privacy screen which provides a sound buffer and visual seclusion.

One of two telephone rooms, these versatile spaces offer employees and guests ample privacy to conduct personal, or sensitive business matters.  Fully outfitted with data/comm this space could also serve as a temporary work space.

Not-for-profit organizations are often constrained with tight budgets. This project was no exception. At the initial stages of design process, we identified the key objectives. With this information in hand, we determined essential design elements that we wanted to apply, including all-glass demountable fronts, a movable wall, branded reception and destination phone booths, and allocated the budget according. From there we balanced the budget by selecting very cost-effective materials, and optimized the use of existing conditions.
