The concept uses a deep, rich palette with bold architectural gestures and a touch of reflectivity through the use of metal.  The use of high-quality materials combined with the minimalist design approach, creates an environment that is both professional and inviting.

The reception area offers a coffee bar/seating area along with a seating area by the window.  Signing rooms are designed to provide comfort through the introduction of soft drapery and warm, textured finish on the furnishings and walls.

To maximize daylight through to the core in the work area we created angled walls which allowed for views from any vantage point within the fundamental work space.  We incorporated glass demountable walls with glazing partitions that increase in width to allow the office closest to the core to have a virtual window, essentially ensuring there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

The lounge is designed to accommodate daily staff activities as well as any client focused functions.  Strategic lighting allows the space to be bright an energizing during daylight hours and dramatically moody once the sun goes down.  Refined textures and masculine details are offset with the playful animalistic wall covering reminding guests to enjoy the rooms serene atmosphere and understated luxury.
